Brethren, I have the sad duty to report to you this afternoon that I have just been informed that Lady Dell Cowart, wife of M:.W:. Don Cowart, Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Florida has past following bypass surgery.
Grand Lodge has asked that you please do not contact M:.W:. Cowart at this time so that the Cowart family may mourn privately. Information wil be forthcoming on funeral arrangements.
